(وَإِنْ لَمْ يُدَاوِمْ) عَلَيْهِ، (فَقَالَ الْمُوَفَّقُ) وَالشَّارِحُ: (هُوَ مِنْ الصَّغَائِرِ، وَلَا بَأْسَ بِهَا) أَيْ: بِالصَّلَاةِ (خَلْفَهُ) ، لِأَنَّ الْفِسْقَ لَا يَحْصُلُ بِالصَّغِيرَةِ، بَلْ بِالْمُدَاوَمَةِ، قَالَ تَعَالَى:{إِنْ تَجْتَنِبُوا كَبَائِرَ مَا تُنْهَوْنَ عَنْهُ نُكَفِّرْ عَنْكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ} .
