(وَيَتَّجِهُ) : صِحَّةُ إمَامَةِ الْأَقْلَفِ مَعَ الْكَرَاهَةِ إنْ عُذِرَ بِإِبْقَاءِ قُلْفَتِهِ، (لَا إنْ تَرَكَ الْخِتَانَ) إلَى أَنْ صَارَ (بَالِغًا، مُصِرًّا) عَلَى تَرْكِهِ (بِلَا عُذْرٍ) ؛ فَلَا تَصِحُّ إمَامَتُهُ حِينَئِذٍ (لِفِسْقِهِ) بِذَلِكَ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
