مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(لَا) يَصِحُّ أَنْ يَقِفَ مَأْمُومٌ (وَاحِدٌ فَأَكْثَرُ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْإِمَامِ (مَعَ خُلُوِّ يَمِينِهِ) إنْ صَلَّى رَكْعَةً فَأَكْثَرَ؛ لِأَنَّهُ خَالَفَ مَوْقِفَهُ (ك) مَا لَا يَصِحُّ وُقُوفُ مَأْمُومٍ (وَاحِدٍ خَلْفَهُ) لِأَنَّهُ فَذٌّ.
