وبِثانِيَةِ جُمُعَةٍ، أَوْ زُحِمَ فِيها فَأُخْرِجَ مِنْ الصف وَبَقِيَ فَذا يَنْوي المُفارَقَةَ، وَيُتمُّها جُمُعَةً

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(بِثَانِيَةِ جُمُعَةٍ، أَوْ زُحِمَ فِيهَا) ، أَيْ: الرَّكْعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ، (فَأُخْرِجَ مِنْ الصَّفِّ وَبَقِيَ فَذًّا) ؛ فَإِنَّهُ (يَنْوِي الْمُفَارَقَةَ) لِلْعُذْرِ، (وَيُتِمُّهَا جُمُعَةً) لِأَنَّهُ أَدْرَكَ مِنْهَا رَكْعَةً مَعَ الْإِمَامِ.
