مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَكُرِهَ مَشْيُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمُصَلِّي إلَى الْفُرْجَةِ (عَرْضًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ مَأْمُومِينَ) ، لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ:«لَوْ يَعْلَمُ الْمَارُّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ الْمُصَلِّي.» الْحَدِيثَ.

وَلَعَلَّ عَدَمَ التَّحْرِيمِ هُنَا، إمَّا لِأَنَّ سُتْرَةَ الْإِمَامِ سُتْرَةٌ لِمَنْ خَلْفَهُ، أَوْ لِلْحَاجَةِ.
