(وَكُرِهَ) تَنْبِيهُهُ (بِجَذْبِهِ) نَصًّا، لِمَا فِيهِ مِنْ التَّصَرُّفِ فِيهِ بِغَيْرِ إذْنِهِ، (وَلَوْ) كَانَ (عَبْدَهُ) أَوْ ابْنَهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَمْلِكُ التَّصَرُّفَ فِيهِ حَالَ الْعِبَادَةِ كَالْأَجْنَبِيِّ.
