(وَلَا يَضُرُّ حَائِلٌ) مِنْ نَحْوِ (ظُلْمَةٍ أَوْ عَمًى) ، وَكَانَ يَرَى بِحَيْثُ لَوْلَا ذَلِكَ صَحَّ اقْتِدَاؤُهُ حَيْثُ أَمْكَنَتْهُ الْمُتَابَعَةُ وَلَوْ بِسَمَاعِ التَّكْبِيرِ، جَزَمَ بِهِ فِي " الْفُرُوعِ " وَفِي " حَوَاشِي ابْنِ قُنْدُسٍ " عَلَيْهِ، وَشَرْحِ الْهِدَايَةِ " وَشَرْحِ الْمُنْتَهَى " وَغَيْرِهِمْ.
