(وَلَا تَبْطُلُ) الصَّلَاةُ (بِقَطْعِ صَفٍّ مُطْلَقًا) ، أَيْ: سَوَاءٌ كَانَ وَرَاءَ الْإِمَامِ أَوْ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ (إلَّا) أَنْ يَكُونَ قَطْعُ الصَّفِّ (عَنْ يَسَارِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْإِمَامِ (إذَا بَعُدَ) الْمُنْقَطِعُ (بِقَدْرِ مَقَامِ ثَلَاثَةِ رِجَالٍ) ؛ فَتَبْطُلُ صَلَاتُهُ، قَالَهُ ابْنُ حَامِدٍ، وَجَزَمَ بِهِ فِي الرِّعَايَةِ الْكُبْرَى
