مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا يُكْرَهُ أَخْذُ مَا زَادَ عَلَى قَبْضَتِهِ) ، وَنَصُّهُ لَا بَأْسَ بِأَخْذِهِ، (وَلَا) أَخْذُ (مَا تَحْتَ حَلْقٍ) " لِفِعْلِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، لَكِنْ إنَّمَا فَعَلَهُ إذَا حَجَّ أَوْ اعْتَمَرَ " رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ. (وَأَخَذَ) الْإِمَامُ (أَحْمَدُ مِنْ حَاجِبَيْهِ وَعَارِضَيْهِ) ، نَقَلَهُ ابْنُ هَانِئٍ.
