(وَيَتَّجِهُ مِنْ كَلَامِهِمْ: وَكَذَا) يُعْذَرُ بِتَرْكِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالْجَمَاعَةِ (آكِلُ نَحْوِ بَصَلٍ) كَثُومٍ وَكُرَّاثٍ وَفُجْلٍ وَكُلِّ مَا لَهُ رَائِحَةٌ مُنْكَرَةٌ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
