مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَلَا يُكْرَهُ) لِذَكَرٍ (حَلْقُهُ) - أَيْ: شَعْرِ الرَّأْسِ - (وَلَوْ لِغَيْرِ نُسُكٍ) وَحَاجَةٍ كَقَصِّهِ. قَالَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الْبَرِّ: أَجْمَعَ الْعُلَمَاءُ فِي جَمِيعِ الْأَمْصَارِ عَلَى إبَاحَةِ الْحَلْقِ، وَكَفَى بِهَذَا حُجَّةً.
