(فَإِنْ تَرَكَهُ فَوْقَ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا كُرِهَ) ، لِحَدِيثِ أَنَسٍ قَالَ:«وُقِّتَ لَنَا فِي قَصِّ الشَّارِبِ وَتَقْلِيمِ الْأَظْفَارِ وَنَتْفِ الْإِبِطِ وَحَلْقِ الْعَانَةِ؛ أَنْ لَا يُتْرَكَ فَوْقَ أَرْبَعِينَ» رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.

فَأَمَّا الشَّارِبُ: فَفِي كُلِّ جُمُعَةٍ، لِأَنَّهُ يَصِيرُ وَحِشًا.
