(وَتُتْرَكُ) ، أَيْ: تُؤَخَّرُ (فَجْرٌ فَائِتَةٌ) وَغَيْرُهَا مِثْلُهَا (لِخَوْفِ فَوْتِهَا) ، أَيْ: الْجُمُعَةِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُمْكِنُ تَدَارُكُهَا،

بِخِلَافِ غَيْرِهَا مِنْ الصَّلَوَاتِ. (وَالظُّهْرُ بَدَلٌ عَنْهَا) ، أَيْ: الْجُمُعَةِ (إذَا فَاتَتْ) ؛ لِأَنَّهَا لَا تُقْضَى.
