وَحُضُورُهَا لِمَعْذُورٍ وَلِمَنْ اُخْتُلِفَ في وُجُوبِهَا عَلَيهِ كَعَبْدٍ بِإِذْنٍ وَصَبِيٍّ أَفْضَلُ،

(وَحُضُورُهَا) ، أَيْ: الْجُمُعَةِ (لِمَعْذُورٍ) تَسْقُطُ عَنْهُ أَفْضَلُ، (وَ) حُضُورُهَا (لِمَنْ اُخْتُلِفَ فِي وُجُوبِهَا عَلَيْهِ كَعَبْدٍ بِإِذْنِ) سَيِّدِهِ (وَصَبِيٍّ أَفْضَلُ) خُرُوجًا مِنْ الْخِلَافِ.
