مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ: أَوْ) ، أَيْ: وَحَرُمَ سَفَرُهُ إذَا أُرِيدَ فِعْلُهَا (قَبْلَهُ) ، أَيْ: قَبْلَ الزَّوَالِ (بَعْدَ نِدَائِهَا) الثَّانِي قَالَ ابْنُ حَزْمٍ: اتَّفَقُوا عَلَى أَنَّ السَّفَرَ حَرَامٌ عَلَى مَنْ تَلْزَمُهُ الْجُمُعَةُ إذَا نُودِيَ لَهَا؛ لِوُجُوبِ حُضُورِهَا عَلَيْهِ بِالنِّدَاءِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
