(وَتَلْزَمُ) الْجُمُعَةُ (بِزَوَالٍ) لِأَنَّ مَا قَبْلَهُ وَقْتُ جَوَازٍ، (وَ) فِعْلُهَا (بَعْدَهُ) ، أَيْ: الزَّوَالِ (أَفْضَلُ) خُرُوجًا مِنْ الْخِلَافِ؛ وَلِأَنَّهُ الْوَقْتُ الَّذِي كَانَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يُصَلِّيهَا فِيهِ فِي أَكْثَرِ أَوْقَاتِهِ، وَالْأَوْلَى فِعْلُهَا عَقِبَ الزَّوَالِ صَيْفًا وَشِتَاءً
