مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا) تَجِبُ الْجُمُعَةُ (بِغَيْرِ بِنَاءٍ، كَبُيُوتِ شَعْرٍ وَخِيَامٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ لَمْ يُقْصَدْ لِلِاسْتِيطَانِ، وَلِذَلِكَ كَانَتْ قَبَائِلُ الْعَرَبِ حَوْلَ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَلَمْ يَأْمُرْهُمْ بِهَا.
