(وَلَا يَصِحُّ تَجَمُّعُ أَهْلِ بَلَدٍ كَامِلٍ) فِيهِ الْعَدَدُ (فِي) بَلَدٍ (نَاقِصٍ) فِيهِ الْعَدَدُ، فَيَلْزَمُ التَّجْمِيعُ فِي الْكَامِلِ، لِئَلَّا يَصِيرَ التَّابِعُ مَتْبُوعًا،
