(وَيَتَّجِهُ: أَوْ) كَانَ (بِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْإِمَامِ صَمَمٌ، وَصَلَّى (فِي) جَمَاعَةٍ (صُمٍّ) كُلِّهِمْ، أَيْ: فَتَصِحُّ جُمُعَتُهُمْ، إذْ لَوْلَا الصَّمَمُ لَمَا فَاتَهُمْ مِنْ سَمَاعِ الْخُطْبَةِ شَيْءٌ، وَهُوَ اتِّجَاهٌ ضَعِيفٌ، لِمُخَالَفَتِهِ لِصَرِيحِ كَلَامِهِمْ، وَمُنَاقَضَتِهِ لِمَا بَعْدَهُ.
