(فَإِنْ لَمْ يُتَابِعْهُ) الْمَأْمُومُ الْمَزْحُومُ فِي الثَّانِيَةِ مَعَ خَوْفِ فَوْتِهَا (عَالِمًا تَحْرِيمَهُ، بَطَلَتْ) صَلَاتُهُ، لِتَرْكِهِ وَاجِبَ الْمُتَابَعَةِ بِلَا عُذْرٍ.
