(وَ) سُنَّ (رَفْعُ صَوْتِهِ) فِي الْخُطْبَةِ (حَسَبَ طَاقَتِهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَبْلَغُ فِي الْإِعْلَامِ (وَيُعَرِّبُهُمَا بِلَا تَمْطِيطٍ) كَالْأَذَانِ.
