(وَإِنْ جَهِلَ كَيْفَ وَقَعَتَا) بِأَنْ لَمْ يَعْلَمْ سَبْقَ إحْدَاهُمَا وَلَا مَعِيَّتَهُمَا (صَلَّوْا ظُهْرًا) ؛ لِاحْتِمَالِ سَبْقِ إحْدَاهُمَا، فَتَصِحُّ وَلَا تُعَادُ،
