(وَلَيْسَ لِغَيْرِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْمُؤْثَرِ بِفَتْحِ الْمُثَلَّثَةِ (سَبْقُهُ إلَيْهِ) ، أَيْ: الْمَكَانِ الْأَفْضَلِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَقَامَهُ مَقَامَهُ، أَشْبَهَ مَنْ تَحَجَّرَ مَوَاتًا فَآثَرَ بِهِ غَيْرَهُ

بِخِلَافِ مَا لَوْ وَسَّعَ لِشَخْصٍ فِي طَرِيقٍ، فَمَرَّ غَيْرُهُ فِيهِ؛ لِأَنَّهَا جُعِلَتْ لِلْمُرُورِ فِيهَا، وَالْمَسْجِدُ لِلْإِقَامَةِ فِيهِ.
