(قَالَ الْمُنَقِّحُ: وَقَوَاعِدُ الْمَذْهَبِ تَقْتَضِي عَدَمَ الصِّحَّةِ) ، أَيْ: صِحَّةِ صَلَاةِ مَنْ أَقَامَ مُكَلَّفًا وَجَلَسَ مَكَانَهُ، لِشَبَهِهِ بِالْغَاصِبِ.
