فَإِذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ أَرْكَانِهَا وَاشْتَغَلَ بِالتَّرَضِّي عَنْ الصَّحَابَةِ وَالتَّابِعِينَ وَالْعُلَمَاءِ وَالدُّعَاءِ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ؛ أُبِيحَ الْكَلَامُ لِعَدَمِ النَّهْيِ عَنْهُ حِينَئِذٍ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
