وَلَا يَتَصَدَّقُ عَلَى سائِلٍ وَقتَ خُطبَةٍ؛ لأَنَّهُ فَعَلَ مَا لَا يَجُوزُ فَلَا يُعِينُهُ،

(وَلَا يَتَصَدَّقُ عَلَى سَائِلٍ وَقْتَ خُطْبَةٍ؛ لِأَنَّهُ) ، أَيْ: السَّائِلَ (فَعَلَ مَا لَا يَجُوزُ) لَهُ فِعْلُهُ، وَهُوَ: الْكَلَامُ حَالَ الْخُطْبَةِ، (فَلَا يُعِينُهُ) عَلَى مَا لَا يَجُوزُ.
