(وَيَتَّجِهُ) : إنَّمَا يُكْرَهُ انْصِرَافُ مَنْ حَضَرَ مُصَلَّاهَا قَبْلَ فِعْلِهَا (إنْ لَمْ يَنْقُصْ بِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْمُنْصَرِفِ (عَدَدُ) الْمُصَلِّينَ عَنْ الْأَرْبَعِينَ، (وَإِلَّا) بِأَنْ كَانَ يَنْقُصُ الْعَدَدُ الْمُعْتَبَرُ بِانْصِرَافِهِ، (فَيَحْرُمُ) عَلَيْهِ الِانْصِرَافُ؛ لِأَنَّ الْوَاجِبَ لَا يَتِمُّ إلَّا بِهِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
