(وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَيَحْرُمُ) عَلَيْهِ اخْتِتَانٌ (إنْ عَلِمَ) أَنَّهُ يَتْلَفُ بِهِ، جَزَمَ بِهِ فِي " الْمُحَرَّرِ " لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {وَلا تُلْقُوا بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى التَّهْلُكَةِ} وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
