(وَلَهُ خَتْنُ نَفْسِهِ إنْ قَوِيَ) عَلَيْهِ (وَأَحْسَنَهُ) ، لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ رُوِيَ «أَنَّ إبْرَاهِيمَ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - خَتَنَ نَفْسَهُ» .

وَإِنْ تَرَكَ الْخِتَانَ مِنْ غَيْرِ ضَرَرٍ وَهُوَ يَعْتَقِدُ وُجُوبَهُ: فَسَقَ.
