(وَتَسْقُطُ سَهْوًا) نَصَّا لِحَدِيثِ «عُفِيَ لِأُمَّتِي عَنْ الْخَطَإِ وَالنِّسْيَانِ» ، وَكَوَاجِبَاتِ الصَّلَاةِ، كَمَا تَجِبُ (فِي غُسْلٍ) وَتَيَمُّمٍ، وَتَسْقُطُ فِي الثَّلَاثَةِ سَهْوًا نَصًّا، لِأَنَّهَا عِبَادَةٌ تَتَغَايَرُ أَفْعَالُهَا، فَكَانَ مِنْ وَاجِبَاتِهَا مَا يَسْقُطُ سَهْوًا كَالصَّلَاةِ
