(وَتَكْفِي إشَارَةُ أَخْرَسَ وَنَحْوِهِ) كَمُعْتَقَلٍ لِسَانُهُ (بِهَا) - أَيْ: بِالتَّسْمِيَةِ - بِرَأْسِهِ أَوْ بِطَرْفِهِ أَوْ أُصْبُعِهِ لِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ غَايَةُ مَا يُمْكِنُهُ
