(وَ) الثَّانِي: (الْحُرِّيَّةُ) ، وَ (لَا) يُشْتَرَطُ (كَمَالُهَا) ، أَيْ: الْحُرِّيَّةِ، (فَيَجِبُ) الزَّكَاةُ (عَلَى مُبَعَّضٍ بِقَدْرِ مِلْكِهِ) مِنْ الْمَالِ بِجُزْئِهِ الْحُرِّ، لِتَمَامِ مِلْكِهِ عَلَيْهِ. وَ
