(وَيَرْجِعُ) رَبُّ مَالٍ ضَالٍّ (بِهَا) ، أَيْ: بِزَكَاتِهِ (عَلَى مُلْتَقِطٍ أَخْرَجَهَا) ، أَيْ: الزَّكَاةَ (مِنْهَا) - أَيْ: اللَّقَطَةِ - وَلَوْ لِحَوْلِ التَّعْرِيفِ، لِتَعَدِّيهِ بِالْإِخْرَاجِ: وَلَا تُجَزِّئُ عَنْ رَبِّهَا،
