مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيُجْزِئُ إخْرَاجُهَا) ، أَيْ: زَكَاةِ الدَّيْنِ (قَبْلَ) قَبْضِهِ وَالْإِبْرَاءِ مِنْهُ، لِقِيَامِ الْوُجُوبِ عَلَى رَبِّهِ، وَعَدَمُ إلْزَامِهِ بِالْإِخْرَاجِ إذَنْ رُخْصَةٌ، وَلَيْسَ مِنْ قَبِيلِ تَعْجِيلِ الزَّكَاةِ،
