(وَيَمْنَعُ أَرْشَ جِنَايَةِ عَبْدِ التِّجَارَةِ زَكَاةَ قِيمَتِهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ وَجَبَ جَبْرًا لَا مُوَاسَاةً، بِخِلَافِ الزَّكَاةِ.
