مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَالنَّمَاءُ بَعْدَ وُجُوبِهَا) ، أَيْ: الزَّكَاةِ (لَهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمَالِكِ كَوَلَدِ الْجَانِيَةِ لَا يَتَعَلَّقُ بِهِ أَرْشُ الْجِنَايَةِ، فَكَذَا إنْمَاءُ النِّصَابِ وَنِتَاجُهُ لَا تَتَعَلَّقُ بِهِ الزَّكَاةُ، فَلَا تَكُونُ الْفُقَرَاءُ شُرَكَاءَ فِيهِ.
