(وَكَذَا) يُشْتَرَطُ لِوُضُوءٍ وَغُسْلٍ (إسْلَامٌ وَعَقْلٌ لِغَيْرِ كِتَابِيَّةٍ وَمَجْنُونَةٍ غَسَلَتَا مِنْ نَحْوِ حَيْضٍ) كَنِفَاسٍ (لِحِلِّ وَطْءٍ) لِحَلِيلٍ مُسْلِمٍ.
