مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيُجْزِئُ) عَنْ تَبِيعٍ (مُسِنٍّ) ، أَيْ: مَالَهُ سَنَتَانِ. (وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَ) الْمُسِنُّ (أَوْلَى) بِالْإِجْزَاءِ مِنْ التَّبِيعِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَغْلَى ثَمَنًا، وَأَوْفَرُ لَحْمًا، وَأَنْفَعُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
