مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) يَجِبُ (فِي) نِصَابِ (كِرَامٍ وَلِئَامٍ، وَ) نِصَابِ (سِمَانٍ وَمَهَازِيلَ الْوَسَطُ) لِلْخَبَرِ: «مِنْ أَيِّ النَّوْعَيْنِ شَاءَ» (بِقَدْرِ قِيمَةِ الْمَالَيْنِ) ، أَيْ: الْكِرَامِ وَاللِّئَامِ، وَالسِّمَانِ وَالْمَهَازِيلِ، عَدْلًا بَيْنَ الْمَالِكِ وَأَهْلِ الزَّكَاةِ.
