(وَيَنْوِي) لِغُسْلٍ (عَنْ مَيِّتٍ) ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى، صَغِيرٍ أَوْ كَبِيرٍ. (وَ) عَنْ (مَجْنُونَةٍ) مُسْلِمَةٍ أَوْ كِتَابِيَّةٍ حَاضَتْ وَنَحْوَهُ، (غُسْلًا) ، لِتَعَذُّرِ النِّيَّةِ مِنْهُمَا
