مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَمَنْ جَمَعَ أَوْ فَرَّقَ) الْمَاشِيَةَ (خَشْيَتَهَا) ، أَيْ: الزَّكَاةِ (لَمْ يُؤَثِّرْ) جَمْعُهُ وَلَا تَفْرِيقُهُ نَصًّا، فَيَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ إلْغَاءُ جَمْعِهِ وَتَفْرِيقِهِ، وَإِخْرَاجُ مَا وَجَبَ فِي تِلْكَ الْمَاشِيَةِ، تَغْلِيظًا عَلَيْهِ، وَمُعَامَلَةً لَهُ بِضِدِّ قَصْدِهِ.
