فَمَنْ مَلَكَا نِصَابًا أَوْ نِصَابَينِ مَعًا بِنَحْو إرْثٍ وَاخْتَلَطَا مِنْ حِينَ مُلِكَا زَكَّيَا، زَكَاةَ خُلْطَةٍ شَاةً،

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَمَنْ مَلَكَا نِصَابًا) مَعًا، (أَوْ) مَلَكَا (نِصَابَيْنِ مَعًا بِنَحْوِ إرْثٍ) كَهِبَةٍ وَشِرَاءٍ، (وَاخْتَلَطَا) ، أَيْ: النِّصَابَانِ (مِنْ حِينَ مُلِكَا) ، وَتَمَّ الْحَوْلُ بِلَا قِسْمَةٍ، (زَكَّيَا زَكَاةَ خُلْطَةٍ شَاةً) وَاحِدَةً مِنْ وُجُودِ شُرُوطِ الْخُلْطَةِ مِنْ انْعِقَادِ السَّبَبِ إلَى الْوُجُوبِ.
