مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ اخْتَلَفَا) ، أَيْ: حَوْلَاهُمَا، (فَعَلَى كُلٍّ) مِنْهُمَا (نِصْفُ شَاةٍ عِنْدَ تَمَامِ حَوْلِهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّ اخْتِلَافَ الْحَوْلِ لَا يَمْنَعُ حَقِيقَةَ الْخُلْطَةِ، وَلَا يَرْفَعُ الْمَقْصُودَ مِنْهَا فِيمَا عَدَا الْحَوْلِ الْأَوَّلِ، فَلَا مَعْنَى لِامْتِنَاعِ حُكْمِهَا فِيهِ
