(وَكَذَا لَوْ اسْتَأْجَرَا) شَخْصًا (لِرَعْيِ غَنَمٍ بِشَاةٍ مِنْهَا) مُمَيَّزَةٍ وَبَقِيَتْ مَعَ الْغَنَمِ حَتَّى حَالَ الْحَوْلُ فَعَلَى كُلٍّ مِنْهُمَا بِقَدْرِ مَالِهِ
