وَإِنْ لَمْ يُغَيِّرْهُ وَلَمْ يَبْلُغْ نِصَابًا، كَخَمْسٍ فَلَا شَيءَ فِيهَا.

(وَإِنْ) كَانَ مَا مَلَكَهُ بَعْدَ النِّصَابِ (لَمْ يُغَيِّرْهُ) ، أَيْ: الْفَرْضُ (وَلَمْ يَبْلُغْ نِصَابًا كَخَمْسِ) بَقَرَاتٍ مَلَكَهَا بَعْدَ ثَلَاثِينَ بَقَرَةً (فَلَا شَيْءَ فِيهَا) ، أَيْ: الْخَمْسِ؛ لِأَنَّهَا وَقَصٌ، وَكَمَا لَوْ مَلَكَ الْجَمِيعَ مَعًا
