مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَمَنْ لَا زَكَاةَ عَلَيْهِ كَذِمِّيٍّ) وَمُكَاتَبٍ وَمَدِينٍ مُسْتَغْرِقٍ (لَا أَثَرَ لِخُلْطَتِهِ فِي جَوَازِ الْأَخْذِ) ، أَيْ: أَخْذِ سَاعٍ الزَّكَاةَ مِنْ مَالِ نَحْوِ الذِّمِّيِّ؛ لِأَنَّ خُلْطَتَهُ لَا تُؤَثِّرُ فِي ضَمِّ أَحَدِ الْمَالَيْنِ إلَى الْآخَرِ، فَأَشْبَهَا الْمُنْفَرِدَيْنِ،
