(فَمَنْ اتَّخَذَ مَا) ، أَيْ: مَكِيلًا (يَسَعُ) صَاعًا وَهُوَ (خَمْسَةُ أَرْطَالٍ وَثُلُثٌ مِنْ جَيِّدِ الْبُرِّ) وَهُوَ الرَّزِينُ مِنْهُ الْمُسَاوِي لِلْعَدَسِ فِي وَزْنِهِ، ثُمَّ كَالَ بِهِ مَا شَاءَ (عَرَفَ بِهِ مَا بَلَغَ حَدَّ الْوُجُوبِ) ، أَيْ: النِّصَابِ (مِنْ غَيْرِهِ) الَّذِي لَمْ يَبْلُغْهُ.
