فَلَوْ بَاعَ أَوْ وَهَبَ الْحَبَّ أَوْ الثَّمَرَةَ أَوْ تَلِفَا بِتَعَدِّيهِ أَوْ تَفْرِيطِهِ بَعْدُ؛ لَمْ تَسْقُطْ،

(فَلَوْ بَاعَ أَوْ وَهَبَ) مَالِكٌ (الْحَبَّ) بَعْدَ اشْتِدَادِهِ (أَوْ) بَاعَ أَوْ وَهَبَ (الثَّمَرَةَ) بَعْدَ بُدُوِّ صَلَاحِهَا (أَوْ تَلِفَا) ، أَيْ: الْحَبُّ وَالثَّمَرَةُ (بِتَعَدِّيهِ أَوْ تَفْرِيطِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْمَالِكِ (بَعْدَ) ذَلِكَ، (لَمْ تَسْقُطْ) زَكَاتُهُ.
