(وَيَصِحُّ) مِمَّنْ بَاعَ حَبًّا أَوْ ثَمَرَةً بَعْدَ الْوُجُوبِ (اشْتِرَاطُ إخْرَاجِ) زَكَاتِهِ (عَلَى مُشْتَرٍ) لِلْعِلْمِ بِهَا، فَكَأَنَّهُ اسْتَثْنَى قَدْرَهَا وَوَكَّلَهُ فِي إخْرَاجِهَا.
