(وَحَرُمَ قَطْعُ) ثَمَرٍ (مَعَ حُضُورِ سَاعٍ بِلَا إذْنِهِ) لِحَقِّ أَهْلِ الزَّكَاةِ فِيهَا. وَكَوْنِ السَّاعِي كَالْوَكِيلِ عَنْهُمْ. وَتُؤْخَذُ زَكَاتُهُ بِحَسَبِ الْغَالِبِ
